If you want to join us for the FREE EFT Weight Loss sessions, leave your name and phone number, and find directions to Sweetwater Creek Park and the Shelter #7, where we'll be below! Remember that parking at the park is $5.00, but you can buy a pass for the year for $50.00. We have at least 13 sessions scheduled till the weather changes, so it might be worth it if you are coming weekly.
You only need to wear comfortable walking clothes and shoes, and bring water to drink. EFT works best when you are hydrated. If you have a portable chair, please bring it in case it gets crowded. One more request. Please do not wear cologne or perfume, as many people, including the facilitator, have sensitivities to it.
Also, there will be free veterans sessions soon, though originally to be at Sweetwater, they may be at the VFW. Please let me know if you are an interested veteran, or know one.
It should be fun!
DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
From I-20W exit #44 at Thornton Road, turn south (toward Walmart) and go 1/4 miles to the light beside the car dealership, which is Blairs Bridge Road.
Turn right on Blairs Bridge Road. After 2 miles, turn left on Mount Vernon Road at the 4 way stop sign.
Once you pass the park entrance sign which reads Sweetwater Creek State Park, go past the lake to the fourth entrance on the left, (with a guard house just off the road where you'll pay for parking) to access Shelters # 3 - 6, 11, and 7, the Interpretive Center, Nature Trails, and The Group Shelter, turn left on Factory Shoals Rd. (where the Guard House is) from Mt. Vernon Rd., and follow the signs to Shelter #7, which is the 3rd driveway/road on the left, before you get to the Interpretive Center. Turn in and go about an eighth of a mile to the Shelter and parking.

There's a video on the bottom of the homepage with founder Gary Craig, that explains EFT very well.
See you Saturday!
